We start with a meeting with our clients to get to know you and your project. Whether it be a small project or a full house build/remodel, nothing is more important than learning about our clients needs, budget and timeline.
Or you may have a beautiful home already and are in need of some major repairs and or corrections that need to be taken care of. There may be a situation that is occurring that you just have not been able to correct or get the right advice on. With our 30 years experience of building and remodeling, we can most likely figure out and resolve the situation and leave your home looking as it did before.
Design and Planning
Once we have met and have a good understanding of your project, we get to work on the designing of your project. You may be your own designer and want to take care of all selecting all the finishes or you may want to use our designer to help you through the process. When using our designer, you will receive full 3D renderings of your project so that you can fully visualize the finish product before making your final decision. From here we can accurately estimate the final costs based on your ultimate choice for the finishes. This also helps us plan the project so that it can be constructed and completed in a timely manner. With all of the above said, some clients change their mind, we are well used to this and can accommodate to any change big or small.
Building
You may already have a full set of plans looking for a contractor to build your home. In which case we may be the answer if you are looking for a quality home builder with a great reputation here on the Point that you can count on. We would gladly meet and discuss your project to see if we would be a good match.
We have in house licensed carpenters that do everything from foundation set up to fine finish work that also help supervise each project to keep things running smoothly.
In addition, our team of subcontractors have with us for decades. We don’t shop around for “cheaper” subcontractors, our work is all about time proven quality and consistency, not to mention the team environment necessary for a successful project for everyone. .
